Version: 1.0

This Youshare Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") states the rules for conduct through the Platform provided by Youshare, Inc., doing business as Youshare ("Youshare"), and supplements the Youshare Terms. Acceptance and contractual effect are governed by the Youshare Terms and any notice presented for the applicable activity. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Youshare Terms. "Personal Information" has the meaning given in Youshare Privacy.

1. Core Rules

You may use the Platform only lawfully, for its intended purposes, and in compliance with this Policy and each Youshare document, Platform Component term, Transaction disclosure, or external-provider requirement presented to you or otherwise made applicable to a function you choose to use.

You may not use the Platform to engage in, assist, direct, solicit, fund, conceal, or attempt prohibited conduct, or knowingly benefit from or materially enable it. You may not knowingly provide an Account, Content, Listing, Offering, Platform Component, payment function, information, or other resource for that purpose.

The categories below are nonexhaustive. Conduct substantially similar in nature or effect to an expressly prohibited category is also prohibited. Availability of a feature, category, Verification process, payment function, or Platform Component does not make an otherwise prohibited use permissible.

Nothing in this Policy prohibits conduct protected by applicable law or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Good-faith reports, complaints, honest reviews, legal claims, privacy requests, payment disputes, lawful criticism, and requests for government assistance are not violations merely because they are disputed, denied, unsuccessful, critical, or unwelcome.

2. Identity, Access, and Circumvention

You must not:

• Materially misrepresent your identity, age, location, eligibility, Account Type, ownership, authority, affiliation, qualifications, licenses, or role.

• Impersonate another person or organization, use another person's Account or credentials without authority, or conceal the person or organization controlling an Account or activity.

• Falsely claim that Youshare or another party verifies, approves, sponsors, endorses, insures, licenses, or operates an Account, Listing, Offering, or activity.

• Provide or use an Account, credential, payment method, device, representative, or organization to facilitate prohibited activity or evade a restriction.

• Evade an age, location, eligibility, Verification, payment, fee, access, safety, provider, or enforcement requirement.

You may not evade this Policy by disguising, dividing, relabeling, or routing prohibited activity through misleading Content, categories, multiple Accounts, other people, separate Listings or Transactions, or off-Platform arrangements.

Youshare may evaluate conduct according to its substance. Conduct outside the Platform may be considered when it is materially connected to Platform activity and relevant to enforcing this Policy. Nothing here creates a general duty to monitor off-Platform conduct.

3. Illegal, Exploitative, or Seriously Harmful Activity

You must not use the Platform to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud, theft, forgery, bribery, money laundering, unlawful payments, human trafficking, forced labor, unlawful terrorist activity, sanctions evasion, or another crime.

• Make a credible threat, coordinate unlawful violence, solicit serious physical harm, stalk, blackmail, coerce, unlawfully restrain, or unlawfully expose another person's private information.

• Exploit a person in a vulnerable or distressed condition through fraud, coercion, deception, or abuse of trust.

• Exploit or endanger a minor, solicit sexual conduct or intimate material from a minor, engage in grooming or sextortion, or create, possess through the Platform, request, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material.

• Create, request, threaten to share, publish, sell, or distribute intimate imagery of an identifiable person without legally sufficient consent, including altered, fabricated, or generated depictions.

• Engage in unlawful discrimination, exclusion, harassment, or retaliation in employment, housing, credit, education, public accommodations, services, advertising, or another regulated activity.

• Violate applicable export controls, import restrictions, economic sanctions, embargoes, restricted-party rules, or anti-boycott laws.

An intimate visual depiction may be reported through a designated legal or safety reporting process in the Help Center. A request for removal is subject to applicable legal requirements, and Youshare will handle a qualifying request as required by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits another legally sufficient notice or a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Deception, Manipulation, and Communications

You must not:

• Publish or transmit materially false or deceptive Content, claims, credentials, notices, labels, metadata, links, or disclosures where they are likely to mislead another person about a material fact.

• Create fake Accounts, coordinate Accounts to create a false appearance of independent activity, or fabricate or deceptively manipulate reviews, Ratings, followers, engagement, search, recommendations, advertising, analytics, leads, applications, Orders, Transactions, or other Platform signals.

• Send spam or unauthorized mass communications, conduct phishing or social engineering, steal credentials, or impersonate support, security, payment, legal, or Account communications.

• Distribute malware, malicious links, corrupted Files, or harmful code.

• Repeatedly contact a person after a clear request to stop or evade a communication block, except for contact legally permitted or reasonably necessary for an unresolved Transaction or legal matter.

• Unlawfully record a communication or use communications to threaten, defraud, stalk, or seriously harm another person.

• Knowingly submit a materially false or fabricated report, complaint, dispute, refund request, chargeback, rights claim, legal notice, or supporting record.

The Youshare Guidelines provide additional Content, presentation, advertising, review, and conduct standards. Youshare Ratings governs supported classifications, labels, audience access, and related treatment. A warning, label, Rating, disclosure, or restricted-access setting does not make otherwise prohibited conduct permissible.

5. Commerce, Advertising, Payments, and Fundraising

You must not use a Listing, Offering, advertisement, review, fundraiser, Transaction, or payment function to:

• Materially misrepresent the Merchant, provider, beneficiary, Offering, ownership, authenticity, condition, safety, availability, price, material terms, required fees, qualifications, delivery, performance, or results.

• Offer something nonexistent, unauthorized, unlawfully controlled, unsupported, or prohibited, accept a Transaction you know cannot be fulfilled as represented, or falsify access, attendance, delivery, completion, or acceptance.

• Conceal a material limitation, warning, defect, recall, refund or cancellation term, recurring charge, material connection, sponsorship, or other disclosure required by law or applicable Youshare documents.

• Create, buy, sell, or disseminate fake reviews or testimonials, require a particular sentiment in exchange for an incentive, conceal a required insider or material-connection disclosure, or use an unlawful threat to suppress an honest review.

• Misrepresent a fundraiser's organizer, beneficiary, purpose, urgency, tax status, use of proceeds, or material circumstances, or materially divert support from its disclosed purpose.

• Make or accept an unauthorized payment, use stolen or fabricated payment information, create a sham or collusive Transaction, process for an undisclosed Merchant or beneficiary, materially misclassify a Transaction, or use payment functions for an unauthorized or unsupported financial purpose.

• Submit false dispute evidence, seek duplicate recovery, evade applicable Payment Processor requirements, or use threats, retaliation, deception, harassment, or unlawful pressure to interfere with a good-faith refund request, dispute, chargeback, or nonwaivable payment right.

The Youshare Merchant Terms, Youshare Payments Policy, Youshare Refund Policy, Youshare Guidelines, and applicable Transaction disclosures govern the detailed obligations and remedies within their stated scope. This Policy prohibits misuse without changing the rights, authorizations, or responsibilities established by those documents or applicable law.

6. Privacy, Data, and Rights

Access to information through the Platform does not authorize unrestricted collection, use, retention, sale, disclosure, or combination.

You must not:

• Collect, access, submit, use, retain, sell, share, disclose, or transfer Personal Information without sufficient authority or contrary to applicable law, Youshare documents, user-facing disclosures, or valid instructions.

• Create a false Listing, Offering, application, lead, or opportunity to obtain Personal Information, or use information received for a Transaction, application, communication, or other stated purpose for a materially unrelated or unauthorized purpose.

• Scrape, harvest, compile, enrich, or extract Personal Information or other Platform data except as authorized by Youshare or permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.

• Access another person's private communications, Files, Account, applications, Transactions, or records without authority, or circumvent privacy, consent, visibility, blocking, download, or access controls.

• Request or submit a person's diagnoses, symptoms, treatment information, prescriptions, insurance information, medical records, or comparable sensitive health information through Chats, Files, booking or information requests, or another Platform function not expressly designed and authorized for that information.

• Use Platform information for health-status profiling or advertising based on an actual or suspected condition, including by using precise location to infer whether a person sought or visited a health provider.

• Infringe or misuse copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights, or distribute counterfeit, pirated, stolen, or unlawfully obtained material.

Nothing in this Section prohibits an eligible Merchant from accurately describing its practice, specialties, services, or conditions treated in a public Listing, subject to applicable law and Youshare rules. That Content does not authorize collection of a consumer's health information or use of ordinary Platform functions for clinical communications or medical intake.

Youshare Privacy governs Youshare's processing of Personal Information. Merchants, Organization Accounts, and other recipients remain responsible for their own lawful processing and safeguards.

7. Security, Automation, and Platform Components

You must not:

• Access or attempt to access an Account, system, database, device, communication, File, API, network, or Platform function without authorization.

• Probe, scan, or test a vulnerability without Youshare's express written authorization or beyond the scope of that authorization, except to the extent applicable law permits the activity notwithstanding this restriction.

• Circumvent authentication, permissions, rate limits, security measures, geographic controls, or other access restrictions.

• Introduce malicious code, disrupt or overload the Platform, interfere with logging or security, or use Youshare infrastructure to attack another system.

• Exploit an error, duplicate credit, misconfiguration, or vulnerability, or knowingly retain funds, data, access, or benefits obtained through an error or unauthorized activity.

• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping, or other automated methods except as authorized by Youshare or permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction, or use authorized automation to create artificial activity, collect prohibited data, disrupt the Platform, or evade controls.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Platform software except to the extent applicable law permits the activity notwithstanding this restriction.

• Exceed Platform Component permissions, misuse access tokens or data, conceal material functionality, introduce malicious or materially harmful functionality, or use one Account's permissions or data for another Account without authority.

Submitting a good-faith security report does not itself authorize testing, access, copying, exploitation, disruption, threats, or disclosure otherwise prohibited by law or an applicable agreement.

8. Prohibited Offerings and Evasion

You may not list, promote, advertise, buy, sell, book, fund, provide, deliver, or fulfill an Offering that applicable law, applicable App-specific prohibited-products or prohibited-services rules, or another applicable Youshare document prohibits, or that Youshare does not support. You may not mislabel, restructure, reroute, or move activity off the Platform to evade an Offering restriction. Legality, Verification, provider approval, prior availability, or prior inaction does not require Youshare to support an Offering.

9. Cooperation, Reporting, and Enforcement

When Youshare makes a lawful request reasonably related to your Account or activity, you must provide truthful, current, materially complete, and unaltered information within your possession or control, unless disclosure is prohibited by law or protected by a legally recognized privilege. You must not fabricate or alter information submitted to Youshare, direct another person to provide false information, knowingly destroy or conceal a record you are legally or contractually required to preserve, obstruct an authorized review, or unlawfully retaliate against a person who reports conduct or exercises a legal right.

Suspected violations may be reported through a method Youshare makes available. A specialized request or notice may require the process identified in the applicable Youshare document or Help Center, except where applicable law treats another submission as sufficient.

Youshare may enforce this Policy as provided in the Youshare Terms, other applicable Youshare documents, and applicable law. A report does not guarantee review, action, notice, reasons, an appeal, a timeframe, a remedy, or a result, except where applicable law or an express Youshare term requires otherwise.

10. Relationship to Other Youshare Terms

Mandatory applicable law controls first. This Policy governs acceptable use of the Platform generally. Subject to that law, a more specific Youshare document controls only the subject it expressly addresses, and this Policy continues to govern other Platform use. The Youshare Terms, Youshare Privacy, and other applicable Youshare documents continue to govern matters within their stated scope.

No Platform Component term, Transaction disclosure, Merchant policy, external-provider approval, or private agreement may authorize conduct prohibited by this Policy, override controlling Youshare requirements, or reduce a mandatory right.
