This Youshare Controlled Substances Policy ("Policy") is issued by Youshare, Inc., doing business as Youshare ("Youshare"). It publicly describes Youshare's policy and general practices concerning use of the Platform for the illegal distribution of controlled substances and related paraphernalia. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Youshare Terms.

1. Policy Against Illegal Controlled-Substance Distribution

Youshare prohibits use of the Platform to unlawfully sell, distribute, deliver, advertise, or facilitate the distribution of controlled substances or related paraphernalia.

The Youshare Prohibited and Restricted Listings and Activities Policy contains related user rules, including restrictions that may apply even when an Offering or activity is lawful.

2. General Moderation Practices

Youshare uses published rules and reporting methods to help prevent users from posting or sharing electronic content pertaining to illegal controlled-substance distribution. Reports and other information that come to Youshare's attention may inform case-specific review. Depending on the circumstances, Youshare may restrict or remove relevant content, restrict Accounts or Platform functionality, or take other action under applicable Youshare documents and law. These practices do not guarantee detection, review, removal, or other action in every instance.

3. Government Mental-Health and Drug-Education Resources

Governmental public-health resources include:

• California Department of Public Health: Substance and Addiction Prevention Resources

• California Department of Health Care Services: Mental Health Services

4. Reporting Illegal or Harmful Content or Behavior

Use Youshare's Contact option to report suspected illegal controlled-substance content or activity. A report does not guarantee a particular response, action, or result except as required by law. Youshare's reporting mechanism is not an emergency-response service.

5. Law-Enforcement Inquiries and Legal Process

Youshare evaluates and responds to law-enforcement inquiries, including warrants, subpoenas, and other court orders compelling the production of or access to electronic communication information, under applicable law and the Youshare Judicial Policy. Depending on the request and applicable law, Youshare may require legally sufficient process, proper service, and verification of authority.

6. Retention of Electronic Communication Information

For purposes of this Policy, "electronic communication information" has the meaning provided by California Penal Code section 1546.

Youshare does not currently apply a fixed standard retention period to electronic communication information. Depending on the information and applicable requirements, it may be retained without a fixed end date, potentially indefinitely, or deleted earlier.

Retention remains subject to applicable law and Youshare Privacy.

When required by California Business and Professions Code section 22945(d)(3), Youshare retains covered removed content and the associated username for the 90-day period required by law, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. Any retention beyond that period is governed by applicable law and Youshare's disclosed retention practices.

7. Proactive Disclosure

Youshare may proactively disclose relevant information concerning suspected illegal controlled-substance distribution to law enforcement or another appropriate authority when permitted by applicable law and Youshare determines disclosure is appropriate, including in an emergency involving an immediate danger of death or serious physical injury. Decisions are case-specific; no disclosure is promised in any particular instance.

8. Changes to This Policy

Youshare updates this Policy as necessary under applicable law. The current effective date and version appear above.

9. Relationship to Other Youshare Documents

Mandatory applicable law controls first. The Youshare Terms govern the Platform generally. The Youshare Prohibited and Restricted Listings and Activities Policy governs Offering eligibility and related user prohibitions. The Youshare Judicial Policy addresses legal process. Youshare Privacy describes Youshare's processing and retention of Personal Information. Other applicable Youshare documents govern their stated subjects.

This Policy is a public disclosure of the policies and practices it addresses. It does not independently create a contractual right, guarantee monitoring or enforcement, or establish a fixed response time or result beyond applicable law.
