Version: 1.1

This Youshare Legal Requests Policy (“Policy”) explains how Youshare, Inc., doing business as Youshare (“Youshare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), addresses the legal process and related requests concerning the Platform.

This Policy covers subpoenas, warrants, court orders, injunctions, preservation requests, governmental and law-enforcement requests, regulatory demands, private civil process, emergency requests, and requests issued outside the United States. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Youshare Terms. “Personal Information” has the meaning given in Youshare Privacy.

1. General Rule

Youshare does not disclose nonpublic user information merely because a governmental authority, law-enforcement agency, regulator, litigant, or other person requests it.

Youshare may require valid and binding legal process appropriate to the request and information sought. Youshare handles legal process and related requests in accordance with applicable law, Youshare Privacy, and other applicable Youshare documents.

2. Request Requirements and Review

A request should clearly identify the requesting person or authority, the legal authority and process relied upon, the relevant Account or other Platform identifier, the specific information sought, the applicable time period, and contact information for the requester.

Youshare may verify the requester’s identity and authority and may reject, seek clarification of, narrow, challenge, or otherwise respond to a request believed to be invalid, unclear, improper, overbroad, or not legally binding on Youshare. Youshare does not promise to challenge every request.

Youshare may limit any disclosure to information it determines is reasonably responsive and available and may require applicable process to be properly served.

3. Preservation Requests

When applicable law requires preservation, including upon a qualifying governmental preservation request, Youshare will preserve the records or other information as required. Youshare may also preserve information in response to another legally sufficient preservation request. A preservation request does not by itself authorize disclosure.

Preservation and retention remain governed by Youshare Privacy and applicable law. This Policy does not independently create an additional or indefinite retention period or require Youshare to retain information beyond Youshare Privacy, applicable law, or a valid preservation request or other applicable legal obligation.

4. Emergency Requests

Youshare may, in accordance with applicable law, preserve or disclose information when Youshare has a good-faith belief that an emergency involves an immediate danger of death or serious physical injury.

Submission or characterization of a request as an emergency does not guarantee action. Youshare is not an emergency-response service. A person facing immediate danger should contact the appropriate local emergency service or authority directly.

5. Private and International Requests

Youshare does not disclose nonpublic Content, Account information, or other user information merely upon a private request. Youshare may require a private party to seek information from the applicable Account holder and may respond to private-party process only in accordance with applicable law, Youshare Privacy, and other applicable Youshare documents.

Youshare may require a request issued outside the United States to use appropriate domestic or international process recognized by applicable law and legally binding on Youshare.

6. User Notice

Youshare may notify an affected user where legally permitted and appropriate. Notice is not guaranteed and may be delayed or prohibited by applicable law or legal process.

7. No Additional Assistance or Record Creation

Nothing in this Policy requires Youshare to create records, provide continuing access, or supply assistance beyond what applicable law requires. Youshare may decline assistance not required by applicable law.

8. Submitting Legal Process and Related Requests

To submit legal process, a preservation request, an emergency request, or related correspondence, create a ticket through the Help Center on Youshare.com and select “Legal Requests.”

Legal-process correspondence may be sent to:

Youshare, Inc.

6090 S Fort Apache Rd #110, Las Vegas, NV 89148

Email: [email protected]

Creating a ticket or contacting us is for intake and routing. It does not by itself establish jurisdiction, constitute formal service where another method is required, waive an objection, or make a request valid or binding. Any legally required method of service must also be completed in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

Youshare may update this Policy as the Platform, Youshare’s practices, or legal requirements change. An updated version will identify its effective date. Changes generally apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and the Youshare Terms.

10. Relationship to Other Youshare Terms

This Policy supplements the Youshare Terms, Youshare Privacy, Youshare Acceptable Use Policy, Youshare Guidelines, Youshare Intellectual Property Policy, and other applicable Youshare documents.

Youshare Privacy governs Youshare’s processing of Personal Information. This Policy does not independently expand Youshare’s authority to collect, preserve, review, use, disclose, retain, or otherwise process Personal Information beyond Youshare Privacy, applicable settings and permissions, and law.

The Youshare Terms govern the contractual relationship and document hierarchy. A more specific Youshare document controls only the subject it expressly addresses, subject to mandatory applicable law and any Platform-wide provision expressly stated to control. The Youshare Terms continue to govern matters this Policy does not address.

A specific document may not reduce or override a mandatory Platform-wide requirement unless the controlling Youshare document expressly permits otherwise. Applicable law controls wherever a provision cannot lawfully apply.
