This Youshare Merchant Payment Fees and Transfer Schedule ("Schedule") is a dated payment disclosure that supplements the Youshare Payments Policy and applies to Merchant payment functionality. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Youshare Terms or the Youshare Payments Policy.

1. Standard Transfer Schedule

Standard Transfer Schedule: Eligible Transfers are ordinarily initiated on a rolling monthly schedule, subject to Transfer eligibility, the Youshare Payments Policy, and any different schedule disclosed for the applicable Account or payment function.

2. Merchant-Attributable Chargeback Fee

Merchant-attributable chargeback fee: $15 per chargeback, in addition to any separately disclosed Payment Processor or payment-network assessment, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Changes

An updated Schedule will identify its effective date and version. Changes apply prospectively, subject to the Youshare Terms, the Youshare Payments Policy, and applicable law.

4. Relationship to Other Youshare Terms

Mandatory applicable law controls first. This Schedule supplements the Youshare Payments Policy and governs only the standard Transfer schedule and Merchant-attributable chargeback fee stated here. The Youshare Payments Policy governs all other payment matters, and the Youshare Terms govern the Platform generally. A different fee or schedule validly presented for the applicable Account or payment function governs that subject as the Youshare Payments Policy permits.
