Version: 1.1

This Policy is Platform-wide and governs the Platform generally with respect to whether Listings, Offerings, and materially related activity are generally eligible, subject to additional requirements, Restricted by an express rule, Unsupported, or Prohibited.

This Youshare Prohibited and Restricted Listings and Activities Policy ("Policy") supplements the Youshare Terms and governs whether Listings, Offerings, requests, Orders, Transactions, fulfillment, and materially related activity may be conducted through the Platform. Acceptance and contractual effect are governed by the Youshare Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given there. "Personal Information" has the meaning stated in Youshare Privacy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to users acting in any relevant role, including Merchants and Explorers, and to affected activity whether paid or free. It also applies when Platform communications, Files, fundraisers, payments, or other functions are used to initiate, complete, conceal, redirect, or evade a Prohibited, Unsupported, or otherwise restricted Offering. General Account conduct, Content, communications, and unrelated off-Platform activity remain governed principally by the Youshare Terms, Youshare Acceptable Use Policy, Youshare Guidelines, and other applicable Youshare Terms and Policies.

The categories and examples in this Policy are nonexhaustive. Youshare may treat an Offering according to its actual substance, design, function, condition, intended or ordinary use, claims, participants, locations, fulfillment, and surrounding activity rather than its title, selected category, label, or disclaimer. The omission of a category or example does not establish that an Offering is eligible or supported.

2. Classifications and Verification

Youshare may describe a category or Offering using the following public treatments:

Generally Eligible. An Offering may be offered through available Platform functions when it is not Prohibited or Unsupported, satisfies the requirements applicable to the Offering and each participant's role, and is otherwise supported by the applicable Platform function.

Generally Eligible - Additional Requirements May Apply. An otherwise eligible Offering may be subject to legal, provider, safety, age, location, documentation, recipient, or Verification requirements. This treatment may also be described as a Regulated Offering. An Offering is not Restricted solely because it is regulated or Youshare may request information or Verification.

Varies by Product or Activity. A category may include a combination of Generally Eligible, regulated, Unsupported, Restricted, and Prohibited Offerings. Each actual Offering is treated according to the classification and requirements that apply to it.

Unsupported. An Offering or activity is unavailable through the applicable Platform function because Youshare does not currently support the required product type, Transaction, fulfillment method, transfer process, or other necessary workflow. Unsupported does not necessarily mean unlawful outside the Platform.

Restricted Offering. Prior Youshare authorization is required only when a controlling Youshare Term or Policy expressly imposes that requirement for a specific Offering or activity. Restricted status is not inferred merely because an Offering is regulated, presents risk, or may require Verification.

Prohibited Offering. A Prohibited Offering may not be listed, requested, advertised, promoted, transacted, provided, delivered, fulfilled, funded, or otherwise facilitated through the Platform. Verification, age, a license, an external approval, a disclaimer, or another status does not create an exception. A categorical prohibition may be changed only by an applicable Platform-wide Youshare Term or Policy that expressly changes the prohibition.

An Offering may fall within more than one treatment. Prohibited treatment controls. Unsupported treatment controls as to a function or workflow that is unavailable. Other applicable requirements are cumulative. Subject to applicable law and the Youshare Terms, Youshare may determine, limit, change, or withdraw Platform support for an otherwise lawful Offering or activity.

Youshare may request relevant information, attestations, records, or Verification concerning a particular Merchant, Listing, Offering, claim, location, recipient, or fulfillment method. A request may be made before or after affected activity and may be required for continued or future affected activity. Category or regulated status alone does not create a universal preapproval process. Nonpublic information must be submitted only through a supported nonpublic process. Verification is limited to its stated scope and does not make a Prohibited or Unsupported Offering eligible or constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or permanent approval.

3. Prohibited Offerings

Users may not use the Platform to offer, request, advertise, transact, fund, provide, deliver, fulfill, or otherwise facilitate any Prohibited Offering, whether paid or free.

3.1 General Prohibitions

• Anything unlawful in a location materially connected to the Offering or activity, including activity barred by a sanction, embargo, export control, import or customs restriction, restricted-party rule, legally binding order, or governmental restriction.

• Stolen, counterfeit, pirated, illegally obtained, unlawfully sourced, unlawfully imported or exported, or rights-infringing products, Content, Files, services, access, information, or activity, or an Offering made without the rights or authority required for it.

• A product that may not lawfully or safely be offered because of a ban, stop-sale, seizure, unresolved recall, required corrective action whose applicable remedy has not been completed, adulteration, contamination, dangerous defect, material deterioration, or another materially unsafe condition.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading Listings or activity, including fake opportunities, false provenance, impersonation, deceptive schemes, and false or unauthorized identities, qualifications, licenses, certifications, reviews, records, documents, or claims.

• Personal Information, private communications, consumer health information or health-related inferences, identity documents, payment or authentication credentials, access tokens, or access to another person's Account as the subject of an Offering.

• Human trafficking, forced labor, commercial sexual services, sexual exploitation, violence for hire, unlawful restraint, or goods, services, or activity intended to facilitate serious unlawful harm.

• Malware, ransomware, spyware, credential-harvesting tools, destructive code, stolen credentials, unauthorized-access services, or products or services primarily designed or marketed for unlawful circumvention, information theft, or cybercrime.

• A regulated product, service, or activity offered without a required license, prescription, registration, qualification, supervision, approval, warning, disclosure, safeguard, lawful recipient, or other condition, or outside the lawful scope of that requirement.

3.2 Categorically Prohibited Offerings

The following categories are Prohibited Offerings on Youshare even when some related activity may be lawful elsewhere:

Controlled substances, prescription-only products, and unlawful drug activity. Illegal controlled substances, prescription-only medicines or devices, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and products or services offered to unlawfully manufacture, distribute, conceal, obtain, or use controlled substances are prohibited. The Youshare Controlled Substances Policy provides additional public information about Youshare's related practices.

Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages and products principally offered for beverage-alcohol consumption or intoxication are prohibited. An otherwise eligible food, flavoring, medicine, cosmetic, or household product is not prohibited solely because it contains incidental or non-beverage alcohol and is not offered for intoxication.

Tobacco and nicotine. Tobacco products, nicotine products, electronic cigarettes, vaping products, and devices or consumables primarily designed to deliver or consume tobacco or nicotine are prohibited.

Cannabis and cannabinoids. Cannabis, marijuana, THC, CBD, other cannabinoid products, and ingestible, inhalable, topical, cosmetic, or animal products containing or marketed for cannabinoids are prohibited. Otherwise eligible non-cannabinoid hemp fiber, textiles, paper, and comparable finished materials are not prohibited solely because they are made from hemp.

Chance, gambling, and randomized-sale activity. Wagering, gambling, lotteries, raffle entries, paid chances to win, mystery products, randomized-sale Offerings, and products or benefits whose identity, allocation, or material value is determined by chance are prohibited. Ordinary donation-based fundraising is not prohibited solely because it involves contributions, but a fundraiser may not sell a chance to win, offer or award a chance-based prize, or provide a mystery product or randomized benefit.

Tickets, stored value, and third-party access rights. Tickets, stored value, and third-party access rights. Separately listed or transferable tickets, passes, vouchers, gift cards, stored-value products, prepaid entitlements, and third-party access credentials or rights are prohibited. This paragraph does not prohibit an ordinary discount or promotional code that is not separately listed, sold, or transferred and does not store value; an Order or booking confirmation used solely to evidence or fulfill an otherwise eligible Transaction; nontransferable access supplied solely to fulfill an otherwise eligible Transaction; or an otherwise eligible software license or activation key governed by the Youshare Digital Goods and Software Policy.

Virtual currency and tokenized assets. Cryptocurrency, virtual currency, NFTs, tokenized assets, and rights or interests in them, including exchange, custody, staking, mining contracts, or comparable Offerings, are prohibited.

Human Material. Human remains, cremated remains, organs, tissue, cells, blood, bodily fluids, reproductive material, embryos, fetuses, genetic or diagnostic specimens, and products represented as containing them are prohibited. Ordinary finished goods made from lawfully sourced cut human hair are not prohibited solely by this paragraph.

Live animals and viable animal material. Live animals of any species and viable animal or reproductive material, including fertilized or hatching eggs, embryos, ova, semen, spawn, larvae, pupae, viable cloning tissue, and comparable material, are prohibited whether offered for sale, adoption, rehoming, exchange, breeding, lease, reward, or free transfer.

Sexual-stimulation products and sexual access. Products designed or marketed primarily for sexual stimulation or gratification, pornography, sexual services, paid or free sexual interaction, and materially related access, memberships, bookings, or solicitations are prohibited. Otherwise eligible intimate-care and sexual-health products are not prohibited solely by this paragraph.

Weapons and controlled equipment. Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, controlled equipment, and materially related products, Files, services, or activity covered by the Youshare Weapons and Controlled Equipment Policy are prohibited.

Certain dangerous materials. Radioactive or infectious material, chemical-warfare material, toxic compressed gases, hazardous waste, unidentified chemicals or mixtures, and products designed or marketed to unlawfully poison, contaminate, burn, or seriously injure a person, animal, property, or the environment are prohibited. Other lawful consumer dangerous goods are governed by the Youshare Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods Policy and may be subject to supported-fulfillment and other requirements.

4. Unsupported Offerings and Activity

An Unsupported Offering or activity may not be conducted through a Platform function that does not support the product, Transaction, fulfillment, transfer, or other necessary workflow. Unless a specific Youshare App and applicable Youshare Terms and Policies expressly support the activity, the following are Unsupported:

• Complete motor vehicles, powered watercraft, crewed aircraft, products whose transfer materially depends on title or registration, and related sales, leasing, rental, brokerage, financing, insurance, title, registration, test-drive, flight, or operating services. Eligible parts, drones, and micromobility products remain governed by their applicable policies.

• Securities, investment interests, lending, money transmission, currency exchange, insurance, custody, escrow, and other regulated financial Transactions. Ordinary payment for an eligible Offering and permitted donation-based fundraising are not financial Offerings solely because money is involved.

• Prescribing, dispensing, diagnosis, telehealth, clinical intake, professional record collection, or another regulated professional workflow that requires functionality Youshare has not expressly designed and authorized for that purpose.

• Any other Offering for which a necessary identity, recipient, Transaction, fulfillment, title, transfer, or compliance workflow is unavailable.

Unsupported status does not determine whether an activity is lawful outside Youshare. Users may not use another Listing, category, message, fundraiser, payment, File, link, or off-Platform direction to conduct an Unsupported activity through the Platform.

5. Participant Responsibilities

A Merchant remains responsible for the underlying Offering and the requirements applicable to the Merchant's actual role, including lawful authority, eligibility, material claims and disclosures, qualifications, safety, fulfillment, records, and corrective action. A Merchant must promptly correct, pause, or remove affected activity when it becomes prohibited, unsupported, unsafe, or materially inaccurate. General Merchant responsibilities are governed by the Youshare Merchant Terms, and general tangible-product standards are governed by the Youshare Merchant Product Standards Policy.

An Explorer remains responsible for requirements applicable to the Explorer's age, identity, location, receipt, possession, payment, and use. An Explorer may not request, arrange, obtain, or attempt to obtain a Prohibited Offering or use the Platform to participate in an Unsupported activity.

Each participant remains responsible only for duties applicable to that participant's role and conduct. Responsibility assigned to one participant does not eliminate an independently applicable responsibility of another participant or transfer a duty imposed directly on Youshare. Youshare's provision of Platform, payment, Verification, moderation, review, communication, or Resolution functions does not transfer responsibility for the underlying Offering.

6. No Evasion

The actual Offering and surrounding activity control. A user may not disguise, omit, divide, relabel, restructure, bundle, separate, reroute, or move activity off the Platform to evade applicable law, this Policy, another Youshare Term or Policy, a validly presented provider requirement, or a restriction or enforcement action.

A category selection, Rating, label, warning, disclaimer, age gate, user acknowledgment, external license or approval, Verification result, publication, payment availability, provider acceptance, prior availability, or Youshare's silence or inaction does not make a Prohibited or Unsupported Offering eligible.

7. Relationship to Other Youshare Terms

Mandatory applicable law controls first. The Youshare Terms govern the contractual relationship and the Platform generally. This Policy governs Offering eligibility and the classifications, prohibitions, Unsupported activity, Verification authority, and anti-evasion rules within its stated scope. The Youshare Merchant Terms govern general Merchant responsibilities; the Youshare Merchant Product Standards Policy governs general standards for tangible products; the Youshare Health and Medical Claims Policy governs applicable claims; the Youshare Acceptable Use Policy and Youshare Guidelines govern general Platform conduct and Content; and Youshare Ratings governs Content classifications, labels, and audience access. Other Youshare Terms and Policies continue to apply within their stated scopes.

Subject to mandatory law and an express Platform-wide control, a more specific Youshare Term or Policy may impose additional or stricter requirements only for its stated subject. It may not authorize a Prohibited Offering or make an Unsupported function available. Platform-wide Youshare Terms and Policies control inconsistent Platform Component terms, Transaction disclosures, Merchant policies, and private agreements as provided in the Youshare Terms.

Nothing in this Policy transfers a Merchant's or another participant's responsibilities to Youshare, creates a guarantee of review, approval, enforcement, availability, or outcome, or reduces a nonwaivable right or remedy.
