Youshare offers two Account Types. Choose the type based on who the account belongs to, not simply what you plan to do with it.

Person Account:

A Person Account belongs to one individual. Use this type when you are creating an account for yourself, whether you plan to publish content, discover Listings, make purchases, create Listings, or do a combination of these activities.

The individual account holder manages the account and is responsible for keeping its information current.

Organization Account:

An Organization Account represents a business, nonprofit, school, club, team, association, or another organized group.

The person creating or managing the account must be authorized to act for that organization. Organization Accounts may also support roles or permissions that allow authorized team members to help manage different parts of the account.

Your Account Type Does Not Limit You to One Role:

Person and Organization describe the Account Type. They do not determine whether the account is a customer or a Merchant.

The same Person Account or Organization Account may discover and participate in someone else’s Listing while also creating and managing its own Listings. There is no need to create a separate customer account and Merchant account unless you independently choose to keep those activities separate.
